His photographs come from an environment very similar to that of French film noir of the 40 - Renoir, Carné, Clouzot - through the German expressionism of Fritz Lang, Wien, Carl Theodore Dreyer with Vampyr and Ordet or Tod Browning with Freaks. His artworks are conceived in terms of staging .

"Photography is an extraordinary form of expression that drives me to go beyond the traditional paths. The image is the matrix, an icon, a symbol that stands on its own sensibility. Colorization is a quest of identity, a desire to change the size of the image, to reveal its meaning in shaping his world.
